Legal Agreement: Membership Cancellation Policy
Membership Termination. Unless otherwise set forth in a custom Agreement, all Hygge Coworking Memberships have a month-to-month Term. This Agreement may not be terminated by you prior to the end of the Commitment Term, and any such termination will constitute a breach of this Agreement. To terminate your Hygge Coworking Membership, you must provide at minimum five (5) days’ notice prior to your final month of membership. This means notice given in writing on January 26th or earlier would result in February being your final month of membership. If a final month deposit was paid during the signup process this would be applied during your final month. Such termination will be effective on the last day of the calendar month (“Termination Effective Month”). In all cases, notice of termination must be provided in writing to sayhello@wearehygge.com. If you fail to comply with the provisions of this Agreement we may, in our sole discretion, restrict your access to the Services and/or terminate your Hygge Coworking Membership with immediate effect and without prior notice to you. We do not provide refunds upon termination or cancellation with respect to amounts already paid. You will remain liable for past due amounts, and we may exercise our right to collect due payment, despite termination of your Hygge Coworking Membership. We may also terminate your Hygge Coworking Membership at our sole discretion with thirty (30) day’s prior written notice to you.
